Radiohead-sångaren Thom Yorkes sidoprojekt Atoms for Peace gör europeiska festivalspelningar i sommar.
Den experimentella supergruppen, som även består av Red Hot Chili Peppers-basisten Flea, ger ut debutalbumet AMOK den 25 februari. Nu står det klart att de headline:ar den serbiska festivalen Exit som äger rum mellan den 10 och den 14 juli. De är även klara för den tyska festivalen Melt som äger rum mellan den 19 och den 21 juli.

”Playing for the first time in Serbia, Thom Yorke’s new project – Atoms for Peace will spearhead the EXIT R:Evolution with their unique blend of experimental electronic rock where digital and analogue blur.
Joining Thom on the Main Stage will be Red Hot Chili Peppers bassist Flea, longtime Radiohead producer Nigel Godrich, drummer Joey Waronker of Beck/REM and percussion virtuoso Mauro Refosco. This will be a once in a lifetime opportunity to see such highly acclaimed artists performing on stage together in the unique setting of the Petrovaradin Fortress at EXIT.
The band will be performing tracks from their eagerly anticipated debut album ’Amok’ which is due to be released on 25th February”
