Kate Boy \u00e4r en elektronisk grupp best\u00e5ende av tre svenskar och en australiensare. Tidigare skrev de l\u00e5tar \u00e5t andra artister, men nyligen best\u00e4mde de sig f\u00f6r att skapa musik f\u00f6r egen r\u00e4kning.\u00a0Resultatet stavas Northern Lights<\/em>\u00a0– en supercatchig atmosf\u00e4risk electropopl\u00e5t som j\u00e4mf\u00f6rts med The Knife.<\/p>\n

”Northern Lights”, the first single from Swedish electro-pop outfit Kate Boy,\u00a0is straightforward and catchy, with a chills-inducing chorus that begs for a\u00a0shout-along. But what’s most impressive about ”Northern Lights” is the intricate production touches, as bouncy-ball gurgles and swells of spooky drones puncture the song’s metallic synths. By the time it opens up and the synths run wild before one big fade-out, the chorus begins to sound like a mission statement for this intriguing\u00a0new group: ”Everything we touch turns to gold.”<\/em><\/p><\/blockquote>\n
