Han \u00e4r f\u00f6dd 1969 och var en av filmskaparna bakom The Darjeeling Limited. Kanske kommer hans stora genombrott i \u00e5r? Han \u00e4r en av filmskaparna som t\u00e4vlar om Guldpalmen i Cannes i \u00e5r med filmen &#8221;Moonrise Kingdom&#8221; som dessutom \u00e4r festivalens \u00f6ppningsfilm.<\/p>\n<p>Mer \u00e4n fyra decennier \u00e4ldre \u00e4r den franske filmregiss\u00f6ren Alain Resnais som \u00e4r k\u00e4nd bland annat f\u00f6r den speciella filmen &#8221;Hiroshima min \u00e4lskade&#8221;. Resnais har ocks\u00e5 en film som t\u00e4vlar om Guldpalmen i \u00e5r: filmen &#8221;Vous N`Avez Encore Rien Vu&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>En av mina favoriter bland regiss\u00f6rer \u00e4r den brittiske samh\u00e4llsskildraren Ken Loach, som ocks\u00e5 \u00e4r med och t\u00e4vlar i \u00e5r med &#8221;The Angels Share.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p>Den danske regiss\u00f6ren Thomas Vinterberg slog igenom med &#8221;Festen&#8221; och nu finns han med p\u00e5 festivalen med chans p\u00e5 Guldpalmen f\u00f6r filmen &#8221;Jagten&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Den tyske regiss\u00f6ren Michael Haneke fick Guldpalmen f\u00f6r filmen Det vita bandet 2009. I \u00e5r har Haneke chans att ta hem priset igen, med filmen &#8221;Amour&#8221;.<\/p>\n<p>Programmet till Cannes 2012 sl\u00e4pptes den 19 april och inneh\u00f6ll en del v\u00e4ntade filmbidrag och en \u00f6verraskningar. N\u00e5gra filmskapare som fanns med i f\u00f6rhandstipsen finns dock inte med. <a href=\"http:\/\/svt.se\/2.27170\/1.2777360\/mannen_som_tavlar_i_cannes\">Kulturnyheterna rapporterar:<\/a><br \/>\n<em>M\u00e5nga hade tippat att Paul Thomas Anderssons (&#8221;There will be blood&#8221;) skulle dyka upp i t\u00e4vlan med sin film &#8221;The Master&#8221;, om scientologkyrkans grundare L Ron Hubbard. Men varken han eller Terence Malick (&#8221;Tree of Life&#8221;), som ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6rutsp\u00e5tts dyka upp med en ny film hann bli klar i tid. Inte heller Roy Andersson eller danska Susanne Bier, som det viskats om, fanns med bland de t\u00e4vlande. <\/em><\/p>\n<p>Det \u00e4r lite sorgligt att bland mer \u00e4n tjugo t\u00e4vlande filmer finns det inte en enda kvinnlig filmregiss\u00f6r. Sj\u00e4lvklart ska en jury bara v\u00e4lja efter konstn\u00e4rlig kvalitet. Men vad s\u00e4ger det om filmbranschen och om v\u00e4rlden i stort?
