Det alla Black Sabbath fans har fruktat har nu h\u00e4nt. Black Sabbath st\u00e4ller nu in alla spelningar f\u00f6rutom spelningen p\u00e5 Download Festival, anledningen \u00e4r Tonys cancer som han blev diagnoserad med f\u00f6r inte allt s\u00e5 l\u00e4ngesen. Behandlingarna har g\u00e5tt bra, men bandet vill inte riskera hans h\u00e4lsa med p\u00e5frestningarna som kommer fr\u00e5n att turnera.
\nSom superfan \u00e4r det med gr\u00e5ten \u00f6ver hela ansiktet som jag l\u00e4ser detta, men vi h\u00e5ller tummarna f\u00f6r att Tony blir stabil s\u00e5 kanske en turn\u00e9 kan bli aktuell senare.

Idag meddelade Black Sabbath att man st\u00e4ller in alla spelningar f\u00f6rutom Download Festival. Detta p\u00e5 grund av Tony Iommis cancer. F\u00f6rutsatt att Tony Iommi inte \u00e5terh\u00e4mtar sig snabbt och ordentligt s\u00e5 kommer Ozzy & Friends att fylla i f\u00f6r alla bokade spelningar.
\nOzzy & Friends kommer att best\u00e5 av dels Ozzy Osbourne, men \u00e4ven Zakk Wylde och Slash samt flera speciellt inbjudna g\u00e4ster. Geezer Butler uppges \u00e4ven delta under vissa spelningar.<\/em><\/p>\n

BLACK SABBATH –who late last year confirmed the recording of their first new album in more than 33 years and a worldwide headlining tour–have had to put some plans on hold due to Tony Iommi\u2019s battle with lymphoma. At this time, BLACK SABBATH will perform only one show of this summer\u2019s previously scheduled European tour. It will take place Sunday, June 10 at the U.K.\u2019s Download Festival.<\/p>\n

So as not to let the promoters and fans down, OZZY OSBOURNE will now perform the majority of the previously scheduled BLACK SABBATH dates (both festival performances and the headlining shows) billed as OZZY & FRIENDS. These \u201cfirst ever\u201d OZZY & FRIENDS shows will feature appearances by \u201cspecial guest\u201d musicians including GEEZER BUTLER (who will join Ozzy for a special BLACK SABBATH set as a show of respect and support to their friend, Tony Iommi) and longtime former OZZY band member Zakk Wylde. In addition, OZZY will be accompanied by longtime collaborator and friend Slash at select shows, with other \u201cspecial guests\u201d set to join the tour at various stops along the way (full list of dates, appearances below).<\/p>\n

Tony Iommi continues to make excellent progress and is looking forward to getting back out on the road. Meanwhile, BLACK SABBATH continue to write and record music in the U.K. for their upcoming album. More information about these dates and BLACK SABBATH\u2019s recording and touring plans is forthcoming.<\/p>\n
