Legendary rock\u2019n\u2019roll band Mot\u00f6rhead is proud to announce the formation of ’Mot\u00f6rhead Music\u2018 as they prepare to release \u201aTHE W\u00d6RLD IS YOURS\u2018 this December. Joining forces with EMI Music Services, Mot\u00f6rhead Music is owned by Mot\u00f6rhead and represents their very first venture into the record company business.<\/p>\n

Recorded during the late spring of the year, the album’s creation was thrown into turmoil by the poor health and sad eventual passing of Philip Campbell’s father; the situation dictated that Philip needed to be home during some of the scheduled recording time, so Mot\u00f6rhead hired a studio in Wales where Campbell was able to continue working on ideas and record tracks whilst first Mikkey and Lemmy, and then just Lemmy, laid down the rest of the album in LA. But being Mot\u00f6rhead nothing phased them, and with ’THE W\u00d6RLD IS YOURS’ the band have triumphed over adversity to produce an absolute stormer in this, their 35th year as THE greatest, loudest and just plain goddam\u2019 coolest band around<\/p>\n
