\nKatastrofen i Haiti forts\u00e4tter att engagera musikeliten v\u00e4rlden \u00f6ver. Nu har n\u00e5gra av Storbritanniens och USA:s st\u00f6rsta artister spelat in en version av REM-klassikern ”Everybody Hurts” f\u00f6r att samla in pengar f\u00f6r \u00e5teruppbyggnaden av Porte-au-Prince och dess omgivningar.<\/p>\n
Musikentrepren\u00f6ren Simon Cowell \u00e4r initiativtagare och har lyckats samla en fantastisk artistensemble best\u00e5ende av Mariah Carey, Jon Bon Jovi, Robbie Williams, Kylie Minouge, Rod Stewart, Leona Lewis, Alexandra Burke, Miley Cyrus, Take That, Joe McElderry, Cheryl Cole, JLS, Mika, Michael Bubl\u00e9, James Blunt, James Morrison, Susan Boyle och Westlife.<\/p>\n
Inkomsterna fr\u00e5n ”Everybody Hurts” kommer oavkortat att g\u00e5 till organisationen DEC (Disasters Emergency Committee) och tidningen The Suns hj\u00e4lpinsamling till Haiti.<\/p>\n

Mariah Carey ber\u00e4ttar om inspelningen: When Simon Cowell approached me to take part in the charity single for Haiti I had absolutely no hesitation and I said yes instantly. Obviously we are all extremely saddened to see the pain and the hurt of the people of Haiti and I feel grateful as an artist to be able to help. I hope ’Everybody Hurts’ helps to raise a very large amount of funds so the people of Haiti can rebuild their shattered lives. My heart goes out to every single person that has suffered and been affected by this tragedy.<\/p>\n
Susan Boyle s\u00e4ger: ”The Haiti earthquake has caused devastation and suffering that most of us will never experience nor could imagine. I feel privileged to be a part of such a wonderful project that will raise money to help the country.<\/p>\n
Robbie Williams s\u00e4ger: ”I’m very honoured to be asked to contribute to the single. We can all do something to help the people of Haiti – and I urge everyone to do what they can.”<\/p>\n
Simon Cowell s\u00e4ger: ”We have a short time to do this but already we are getting some fantastic support. Right now this is an absolute priority for us all, the people of Haiti need as much help as we can give them as soon as possible, every day the situation becomes more desperate”<\/p>\n
