Foto: Matt Crockett.<\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<p>Noel Gallagher sl\u00e4pper albumet &#8221;Council Skies&#8221; 2 juni 2023 och har sl\u00e4ppt en ny singel, Easy Now.<\/p>\n<p>Ett pressmeddelande ber\u00e4ttar:<br \/>\nP\u00e5 \u201cCouncil Skies\u201d \u00e5terv\u00e4nder Noel Gallagher till sitt f\u00f6rflutna och hyllar sina r\u00f6tter, i allt fr\u00e5n albumtitel, omslag och texter. Detta \u00e4r Noels fj\u00e4rde solostudioalbum och det \u00e4r ett album inramat av sj\u00e4lvf\u00f6rtroende, sj\u00e4lvs\u00e4ker kreativitet och ett k\u00e4nslom\u00e4ssigt djup.<\/p>\n<p>Gallagher ber\u00e4ttar sj\u00e4lv om albumet:<br \/>\n<em>&#8211; It\u2019s going back to the beginning. Daydreaming, looking up at the sky and wondering about what life could be \u2026 that\u2019s as true to me now as it was in the early \u201890s. When I was growing up in poverty and unemployment, music took me out of that,\u201d s\u00e4ger han. \u201cTop of the Pops on TV transformed your Thursday night into this fantasy world, and that\u2019s what I think music should be. I want my music to be elevating and transforming in some way.<\/em><\/p>\n<p>Samtidigt som albumplanerna avsl\u00f6jas, sl\u00e4pps en helt ny singel och tillh\u00f6rande video, \u201dEasy Now\u201d, fr\u00e5n albumet. I videon ser vi hyllade aktrisen Milly Alcock, som nyligen spelade huvudrollen som prinsessan Rhaenyra Targaryen i HBO-succ\u00e9serien \u201cHouse of the Dragon\u201d plus en cameo av Noel sj\u00e4lv. Videon \u00e4r regisserad av flerfaldigt UK Music Video Awards-bel\u00f6nade Colin Solal Cardo. Se videon h\u00e4r.<\/p>\n<p>\u201cCouncil Skies\u201d \u00e4r inspelad i Noels studio Lone Star Sound Recording Studios i London, medan str\u00e5karna \u00e4r lagda i legendariska Abbey Road-studion. Albumet har producerats av Noel tillsammans med Paul &#8217;Strangeboy&#8217; Stacey. Johnny Marr medverkar p\u00e5 tre sp\u00e5r, bland annat singeln \u201cPretty Boy\u201d.
