It was this community and safe haven that allowed Janice to connect deeply with her own feelings and begin a professional career in singing.<\/p>\n<p>Her debut single \u2018Don\u2019t Need To\u2019 found fans in Zara Larsson and Charli XCX and established her as one of the most exciting exports from Sweden. It was followed by \u2018Answer\u2019, dedicated to Janice\u2019s father after he tragically took his own life, which led her to become an ambassador for Swedish charity Suicide Zero.<\/p>\n<p>The debut album \u2018Fallin\u2019 Up\u2019 received high praise in Sweden, with Janice being nominated for a Grammis (Swedish Grammys) in the Breakthrough Artist Category in 2018, as well as performing live at the televised event.
