Antoine ing\u00e5r i en skrivarkurs d\u00e4r han tillsammans med ett g\u00e4ng studenter l\u00e4r sig om att skriva.\u00a0F\u00f6rfattarinnan Olivier Dejat \u00a0leder kursen och hj\u00e4lper ungdomarna att f\u00f6rfatta en kriminalhistoria. Men Antoines st\u00e4ndiga provokationer oroar Olivier. \u00a0Samtidigt fascineras hon av honom. Hon b\u00f6rjar g\u00f6ra egna efterforskningar kring hans person och halkar \u00f6ver en IS-v\u00e4rvningsvideo. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Utan f\u00f6renklingar ber\u00e4ttar Cantets sin historia om nationalism, militarism, rasism och vapennoja. <em>The Workshop<\/em> \u00e4r en psykologisk studie \u00f6ver en m\u00e4nniska vars v\u00e4rldsbild skiljer sig fr\u00e5n de flestas. Det \u00e4r en stark och v\u00e4lgjort drama som tar sitt \u00e4mne p\u00e5 st\u00f6rsta allvar. Ett utforskande i det m\u00e4nskliga psyket som b\u00e5de fascinerar och trollbinder. Dialogen \u00e4r uts\u00f6kt och k\u00e4nns trov\u00e4rdig rakt igenom. Sk\u00e5despelet \u00e4r starkt. S\u00e4rskilt Marina Fois \u00f6vertygar som luttrade f\u00f6rfattaren Olivier. En stark insats g\u00f6r \u00e4ven Matthieu Lucci som Antoine. Minustecknet uppenbarar sig mot slutet av filmen. Allt f\u00f6r abrupt rycks vi ifr\u00e5n historien om den vilsne mannen. L\u00f6sa tr\u00e5dar benas aldrig ur och en f\u00f6r hafsigt genomf\u00f6rd slutkl\u00e4m p\u00e5verkar mitt omd\u00f6me. Det \u00e4r synd p\u00e5 en annars s\u00e5 kompetent och f\u00e4ngslande film.
